Worried About periods,is susten effects?

Hello sir, I am taking susten 100mg orally twice from last 6days,i missed Ma periods for 2days but negative hpt but not with fmu urine me worried is Ma periods delayed or am I pregnant, Ma cycle is pretty regular of 30days, today is 32day,i had appointment with OB on 13/1/18,me worried,previosly I miscarried in June 2017,it was natural miscarriage, plz answer my question
