Susten 400mg periods spotting brownish d

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I took Susten 400mg on 17th Sep for 5days. On 26th Sep I got more than little brownish discharge. Today periods have stopped. I check today,iam not pregnant. Why did I not get periods properly.
