How to use betadine mouth wash
Hello sir/ madam I having GERD so it causes some irritation so looks like pharyngitis doctor said To do stream inhalation and gargle with betadine my doubt is whether I need to put this 2 or 3 drops of this solution in warm water or randomly use only betadine Also steam inhalation means only heavy boiled water and I should inhale that smoke? Please answer my query thanks

Hi, there will be a measuring cup along with the betadine solution take 10 ml of betadine dilute in another 10 ml of water and gargle it and spit the solution. Yes you need to inhale the steam.
