How to treat fistula trac
I am suffering from a low fistula track from more then a year, apart from surgery is there any other cure?

Hello, yes there is cure in Ayurveda for fistula.
- 1st thing you have to change your food habits and life style so track shld not progress further.
- avoid green chilly, sour foods and spices and also chees paneer items.
- do daily once sitz bath with pinch of turmeric
- take triphala guggulu 2-0-2 internationally.
- meet an Ayurveda doc asap. Thank you
