How to treat black spot on chest skin

Hi I am 35 year old male. I have notice since 4 days that I have a 2-3 black spot on my chest. I am worried as I have not seen anything like this before and I do not have any skin or any other physical complaints. Can it be due to some skin infection or any other reason?
