How to stop pain in legs at night while sleeping
I am 41 year, I am a housewife. I am doing all my household work. Till date I dint had any problem, but from 2 months I am having a lot of pain in my legs. The pain is only at night time while sleeping. This sdisturbs my sleep. What is the treatment for it?

Hello. This could be early onset of varicose veins. Elevating the legs slightly by placing 2 pillows underneath will help to relieve pain at bedtime. Please consult a physician in person, for guidance on blood investigations and other tests that may be required. Take care

kindly check her thyriod, vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels. deficiency of these could also manifest such symptoms
