How to remove nail scratch on face

I am a 24-year-old male and I was involved in a brawl with my 19-year-old sister. She has claw-like nails and I get myself a scratch on my face during the brawl. How do I remove nail scratch on the face? It really looks like a cat clawed me. Can someone come up with some remedy, please?
