Hi, You consume low cal foods like green leafy veg,salads,fruits skimmed milk in large quantity.sweets fried canned should be restricted. Take proper sleep. Get a way from tension,drink plenty  of water. Do regular exercise.

Hello there I understand your concerned do let me know your height so that I can help you in better way.it is not advisable to plan a diet for you without your medical history, lifestyle & eating habits. Few tips may help you out include protein rich foods like egg whites, chicken,fish if you eat nonveg.dal,pulses,Paneer,milk,soya if you are vegetarian. Drink plenty of water 10-12 glasses of water to keep yourself well hydrated. Stay away from fried food, junk,sweets,aerated drinks and packed foods. You can start with walk 20-30 mins if it is manageable.
