How to overcome from pre diabetes
I am 2 months pregnant for my 2nd baby now.... got scanned and heart beat seen and everything is fine...and got blood test and it says my blood glucose level is 5.8...(when i got tested my  glucose level in October it was 5.9  )   it got down...still i want to overcome from pre diabetes... please guide me 🙏
