How to overcome acidity
I work in a sort of odd shift and sleep at around 4 in the morning and the next morning around 11 i wake up, i found really hard during the motion and after i have breakfast i will have loose motion and i do drink plenty of water. Is this a question of worry??

Hi, add more of fibre content food to diet. Take food in time, try to avoid working in odd shifts if possible. And take adequate rest 7-8hrs sleep, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy food, smoking, alcohol. If symptoms persists consult ur physician..
