How to make sure of contact pens power?
If I have spectacle power of sph -3.75 ; cylindrical 0 , what will be the contact lens power for the same? Attached is the prescription of the same.
Also would like to know what is meant by vision column and how can I make sure that I am getting the correct powered contact lens?

The power of cotact lens is usually little less than the glasses .
You can try --- 3.5 for re and--- 3 for le.

A. For myopia Upto 4DS, power of Glasses are same as Contact lens power ....so your contact lens power is same as your glasses prescription.
B. Vision column means the vision with glasses prescription....in your case,your vision is 6/6 which means you have 100% vision with glasses.
