How to maintain cholesterol levels
I'm 19 male, i have done my lipids test with total cholesterol 162, triglycerides 66, hdl 27, vldl 13.2, Idl 121, and non hdl 135, i wanna ask which of these values are abnormal and how do i manage it, i have already started walking 10k+ steps brisk walk at home with consistency of scoring 150+ heart points on Google fit from past 3 weeks straight, i have reduced my oil intake and use healthy diet as much as possible, i took isotretinoin for around 20 days but i stopped just today and quit it, tell me some advice how to adjust these levels naturally and efficiently, need some valuable tips please answer and tell me straight if these are serious values please and do i need medicine or diet change is enough
