How to lower estrogen levels in male?
Sir, can I balance my hormones naturally by changing my diet. I'm 24 now. I think my estrogen levels are high. My nipples are puffy, abdominal fat,hip and thigh fat not going away by doing regular work out. I often have back pain and knee pain when doing exercise and crackling sounds from bones. After some research I reduced my sugar intake and avoided drinking milk. I never eat meat but, eats fish regularly. Are estrogen blockers prescribed for long term? Testosterone levels reduce when you get aged. What happens when I get aged?
