How to keep thyroid normal?
I have been suffering from hypothroidism for last four years. I take eltroxine 50 mcg every morning, still in the blood test report which came yesterday, TSH is 7.4. How do I keep my thyroid normal. I am a working female and got married last year.

Your requirement of thyroxine is more.  You need to increase the dose to 75 mcg.  Also make sure you take the medication early morning on empty stomach and remain empty stomach for an hour after ingesting the tablet. Recheck your TSH after 1 month
