Hi docter,i dont have milk for feeding baby and what nutrition powder to increase my milk feeding for baby

Lactation is an emotional process, we have pituitary gland which secretes a hormone to produce milk when the baby sucks the breast. So all these powders are placebo. You should have plenty of fluids, milk and milk products and high protein diet to have good milk production and more the baby feeds it increases.
