From childhood I ever had pimples or scars on my face, I had clear glowing skin on my face. But my skin on face is darker than my skin on hands, like milky white on hands but facial skin is not that white, What can I do?? When I am applying sunscreen (suncross) my face appears still darker...plz suggest me
