How to increase height
My son is short in stature. Pls suggest some ways to increase height naturally. his height is 4.9. Because of this he is upset.

Hello,height of your son depends on average height of you both wife and husband . if you couples are short then nothing can be done ,give him nutritious food , give him protein rich food like chicken ,fish , pulses ,egg ,milk ,butter . Stretching exercises in early morning like skipping, cycling, swimming helps him a lot .
