How to increase height??
I'm 20 and my height is around 5'7. I want to be around 5'10 as many would want to be. My father's height (for reference) is 5'6. Is there any way in ayurveda (or in allopathy?) to increase my height from 3-4 inches effectively without having any side effects?? Can you tell whether one can grow taller after 20?

Hey, after epiphyseal fusion person cannot grow further and no medicines helps in increasing height of person .at age of 20 person cannot grow. Don't take any medicines they surely affect you adversely.
