Can u plz suggest me how to increase height after 18 years. My daughter's height is 4'9 inch. And I think she need atleast 5'3 inch which is close to avg.
Suggest me some medicines without any side effects.

A person's hight is decided by heredity and to a small extent by diet and exercise.
Give her high protein diet. Plenty of water and fresh fruits.
Regular physical exercises must be undertaken.
