Hello actually I am little scared and afraid to give presentation in front of many people as I have not given presentation more than 1 time and I am introvert too. To speak in front of people make me panic also and I my speaking skills is also not fluent what are the some strategies I can use without being afraid

It is difficult to pin point about what are you feeling anxiety. It seems to me performance anxiety. In order to speak you demanding you have to be fluent from starting but unfortunately reality is totally opposite, these skills develop by time but one condition is that you have to start speak fluentlesly from very first session. If you wait for first speak fluentlesly in that case you would never speak . Feel the anxiety while speaking instead of first getting rid of anxiety is key for speaking in front of people.

Firstly, I’d like to tell you one thing which is that being scared of giving a presentation or performing in front of others is completely normal. It happens to a lot of us and is a sign that you are wanting to do your best!!

In order to reduce this pressure and stress you can do a couple of things -
1. Instead of writing down a proper script of what you want to speak, write down cues. This will help you recall the information you want to speak about without causing anxiety of leaving something (because of the cue you can speak in your own format).
2. Try practising your presentation in a room, alone repeatedly. This will help you loose out a bit and get used to the flow.
3. When you are on your way think of the people in front of whom you’ll be presenting as your own peers. Even they don’t have the knowledge of the whole world. This will enable you to perform realistically.
