To gain weight Eat in small amounts at regular intervals.Include. lots of vegetables,fibre,,leafy vegetables,fruits in our diet.Also include nuts like walnuts,almonds,,dates.To ncrease weight increase muscle but not fat.For this go for regular exercise like walking,cycling,,weight lifting,pullups.
