How to find calorific value of food and its measurement
I am a 29 year old male and I would like to reduce my weight as my BMI is not harmonious with the standard level. I would like to make up a diet plan for myself. Can someone tell me the calorific value of food and its measurement in which I need to consume them everyday so that I grow fit and healthier? Thanks!

First of all. I need to know ur BMI. It's normal or under or over. Less than 18 is under. 19 to 24.9 is normal and 25 to 29 overweight..and greater than 30 obese
