Hi sir I have red bumps on my tongue back side and gums are irritated . Is this symptoms are  any type  cancer

Any abnormal lesions needs to be biopsed to confirm cancer on tongue & gums since we have highest oral cancer patients in the world.Early diagnosis and treatment is better
