My baby is 2 weeks old and she goes to sleep while breastfeeding and wakes up crying if I keep her down. I tried walking her up but she will sleep again immediately. Due to this I cannot understand when she is full and when to stop feeding

Baby should suck on breast minimum 15-20 mins. So if baby goes into sleep u should try to wake up the baby by flicking over sole, rubbing over back or by flipping earlobes.
