I feel very awkward (sick)
I don't have fever but feel sick
I am facing this from last three months
I am unable to explain it to my doctor

A person usually "feels" sick due to deficiency of a few micronutrients. There is usually lethargy.. loss of concentration..irritability and not able to thrive. There is this constant urge to do netter but your body doesn't seem to support you. It needs to evaluated and it is manageable. Consult at your convenience with proper history for better management.
