I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum and underwent a medical abortion. 2 weeks later the ultrasound showed an Endometrial cavity distended by approx. 15 x 30 mm heterogenously isoechoic contents with mild vascularity.
I was given a second round of misoprostol but this time it did not result in any bleeding. I do not want to have a D&C. Will the RPOC not pass through with menstruation? Should I perhaps get a second opinion from a better Radiologist?
