How to determ depression​
If I'm feeling sad because of a particular situation which is causing me loads of anxiety ..is it depression?? I don't feel so because everytime I come out of such a situation I'm normal and composed . Anxiety in these situations especially when it involves personal relationships causes me lack of sleep . What should be the approach in such situations..I am not a prescribed for medicines but lack of sleep is very painful and disturbing let me know ur thoughts

Hi, I got your point...See what you talked about appears to be response to a stress..any kind You are diagnosed as Depression or anxiety disorder if for a certain time period you are having distress or deterioration of functioning..Ok...Also you need to work on your style of perceiving situations as nothing is perfect..one should always look at and be prepared for negative aspects also..Got it...So follow sleep hygiene measures from Google..feel free to reach us.. regards
