You may be suffering from fungal infection of the inner thighs groin and buttocks area which we call tinea cruris. this is commonly referred as jock itch. It is easily treatable by taking 4 to 6 weeks of treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Hello,
Fungal infection is very common issue in this hot and humid weather due to excess sweating. Medicine you have mentioned works well if takes in proper dose. Your weight is 55kg so for you recomended dose is 200mg twice daily for one week . No need to take it beyond one week as this is the recommended duration. Also switch to Sertaconazole 2% cream (Onabet cream) twice daily on affected areas .Keep affected area dry and after sweating clean and towel dry.
