A doctor gave me b12 supplements to fight my hairfall but the medicines gave me a really bad reaction. I took the supplements for two weeks and started noticing rashes and acne on my hands and face. I immediately stopped taking the medicines . Now it has been more than 8 days but my acne is not improving. Is there anything that needs to be done to improve this or will it cure on it's own .

Hello
Yes B12 could be acnogenic
Proper medication according to skin type and concern would certainly help
It will cure in its own but extending the treatment might lead to unnecessary scarring which is an indication for early treatment
Next Steps
Consult via practo pro to get a proper treatment according to skin type and concern
