How to care Hand foot mouth disease

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My son is 3yrs old has fever from past 3 days. Today we saw marks like pox in his back n leg. Now it is spreading- we consulted a doc, even after still the dots r there in his body. we applied Prucal lotion- now he is not eating at all. How to tackle kids with mouth ulcer. and in such situation how I can feed him. Please advice
