How to avoid chafing
After my 1 hr of walking i get burning sensation in thighs. and it goes away automatically in next 1 or 2 days. and also getting blisters too after walking in legs(when i walk with normal slippers) and it also goes away within 1 or 2 days. Everytime when i go for intense walking this is getting happened or else normal. how to avoid this and what type of dress and shoes do i need to wear?
