How she can control sugar and high bp?
She is taking medication but she always feels exhausted, suffer nerves pain in both legs , previously she also has chest pain but after taking medication now relief from it but not from nerves pain .please suggest to improve her condition. Should she eat channa dal, sprouts and milk tea without sugar once in a day?  Please HELP!!

Random sugar is high.. Check FBS and PP also. Hba1c will give fair idea about her sugar control for past three months Need to check weight.. If more BMI... Need to reduce weight.. It will benefit both sugar , BP and also cholesterol Don't take chana,  if she has chest pain.. It can causes gases and increase her pain Off course avoid direct sugar, honey and jaggery Avoid painkillers
