I have read multiple theories on the net about Water being helpful in weight loss. However, everywhere it mentions that one should drink plenty of water. How much is plenty? is there a standard measure?
Also is it ok to follow generic diets or should one follow only customised diets? I am about 22 kgs overweight and suffer from thyroid from the last 14 years

There is a measurement for drinking water. It is 30-35 ml. Per kg. Body weight. For weight loss, you should go for customised diet as you also have thyroid problem
