Sir, I am a boy of age 23. I masturbate almost daily, once a day to be relax and enjoy. I have heard that if I masturbate daily then it will effect my reproductive ability from many sources. I want to know in which interval I should do it to be safe. And what are tjose things I have to maintain like eating, sleeping.

Masturbation in moderation before marriage is a healthy practice for a boy of 23 yrs before marriage.
That much of masturbation which will not hamper yiur daily routine, education or job is okay. Also masturbation compromising on quality of erections and timing of ejaculation is bad.
Let's say 3 times a week may be good enough for tour age.
