How many times poop a day is healthy?
Hi doctor I am a athelete So eat high protein diet I poop 2times a day and sometimes very rare 3times I eat 4,5 meals a day( sometimes 6 ) Can you tell me is it completely normal ? How many times poop a day is considered healthy?

Yes normal Since you are taking high Protein diet this is totally normal. Just check for bloating if it occurs.

There is no number of poop to be healthy. Fact is consistency of the poop is important along with frequency. Loose motion more than 3 times a day is considered diarrhea but normal consistency poop/your habitual consistency poop 2-3 times a days is absolutely normal.
