Fever due to viral infections is viral fever. Covid19 is also from coronavirus. Antibiotics are useful in bacterial infections. Duration of viral fever depends upon type. Generally it is for 3-5 days

Viral fever generally lasts 3-5 days. If you are not well and have fever despite adequate treatment for 5 days, you should consult a general physician.
