How can i increase my height??
Hello sir,
my name is Mayank Maheshwari and i am 19years old. i am 5.5 inches tall, my elder brother is 5.9 inches tall. i am really worried about my height. please tell me. can i increase some inches to my height. if yes then how ? please help.

I understand your concern. There is still time you can do something to increase height. It is important with in few more years you will reach a point when you can not increase your height. Exercise and diet are to be followed religiously. Your diet should be protein rich. Take good sleep of minimum 8 hrs as when you sleep you gain height. Learn proper exercises from a experienced Physiotherapist as you have limited time to get the results.
