How can be safe from new covid variant
I once had severe covid (Hospitalised). I don't want it to happen again. What should I do and eat to make my body and immunity strong. Please suggest.

Pl get vaccinated. Lung exercises, pranayama. High Nutritious diet, Mask, Frequent Hand wash, and sanitization, Social Distance, Take high protein diet, eggs,non veg,sprouts, Fish,Fruits,Dry fruits, Nuts,etc.. Regular exercises, Early recognition of symptoms and treatment.
