Horse shoe kidney
Sir/Madam, I have Been diagnosed with a horse shoe kidney! Can you please Tell me what is it and what all problems can it create? What all steps should I take to prevent them? Also, this was found in the radiology department of AFCME (air force central medical establishment), during the medicals for pilots and I have been declared unfit? Are there any chances for me to join the armed forces now?

Horseshoe kidneys is a variation in anatomy by birth in which lower pole of both kidneys are fused by a fibrous band called isthmus. If no other abnormality,these kidney function normally as of normal person
