Hormones out of whack ?
I am 30,I was between about 23-26 I over exercised - was a long distance runner and I had very poor relationship with food.i lost my period and got very light. I am now eating well and have put on weight I do weight training. Sitting at about 71kg I have got my period back, I am trying hard to keep my mindset right&I am trying to loose fat in healthy way, but no matter what doing body not responding. Was on 2400 cals for a while and now 1800, have added cardio & not done cardio is my body stuc?
