Since April my menstrual cycle is not good it's like 30,27,28,30 days and for this month it's came after 34 days. I had been observing mood swings, getting irritated easily and for long time I had no desire of having sex(10 months). hair at chin is growing thicker than before and hairfall also. I am worrying about this condition. even though I was sleeping for 8 hours I am feeling very tired. getting stomach ache and vomiting during 5 days of periods. and I observed getting head ache for last 20 days daily in the evening. I consulted a doctor in April and she had recommended to take codesoft EPO capsules for 3 month I had took them. at that time of taking that medicine I observed 27 and 28 days of menstrual cycle and I used to get overheating during this period also. is there any emergency of consulting doctor, is there any problem in future if I neglect now. i taught it would be imbalance in hormones. what I should do now to get out of this condition

It's not normal to have irregular periods ( early or late), missing periods, spotting between periods, prolonged heavy flow, pains and cramps during cycle, PMS and mood changes before periods, PCOS, Fibroid, Endometriosis, fertility issues, tiredness, hair fall, sleep disturbances, weight issues etc. If it is happening to you, it's a sign of underlying hormone imbalance which needs further evaluation with blood investigations , scan etc.Good news is that all your problems can be totally reversed , not by masking the symptoms with pills but by addressing the underlying cause of the problem and healing it from the ROOT cause which is not in your pelvis BTW.
Hope it helps.....
