Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am 26 yr old male i was suspecting gynocomastia that' s why i consulted endocrinologist he asked fr some medical test where everthing is fine but my estroidal was 71 pg/ ml. He told me fr surgery fr correction but i don't want to go fr surgery so he prescribed tamoxifen 10mg 1 before bf and 1 after fr 6 months. So i just wanted to confirm dosages
