  4. Homocysteine. So is this very serious?

I recentely check my blood, in this Homocysteine value is 32.99 so my family dr advice me that you have cardiac stroke risk. So is this very serious ? I am so scared afer that so please help me. Apart from this i have defficency of iron and vit B12 and Vit D.

Take calcium and vitamin D3 & vitamin B12 tablets
