During severe toothache application of Plantago Q( soaked in cotton and keeping on the painful teeth) is effective. Other potency medicines is also required which can be selected only after case taking.

For fishbone you can take medicines like Silicea, Hepar sulph, etc...
And for toothache medicines like Chamomilla, Plantago, Hekalava are very good.
But the medicine needs to be match to the patient and taking it randomly may not help.
Over the counter medicines may seem to save the consultation charges of the doctor but it usually fails to give any considerable releif.
And patient end up spending double than they should.
Rest is your choice.
