Recently doctor suggested Phytolocca & nodules for fat & lipoma.
And, Bacopa monniera for memory.

Ideally you should not take multiple medicines at a time. It's wrong. Homoeoapthy is holistic science. One right medicine works for all you complaints & that medicine is nothing but constipation medicine.
It will not give you results because body won't understand how & where to work.
