Hi, reg your homeo medicine not very sure. But I can suggest you few Naturopathy home treatment in a regular basis for IBS C.
Next Steps
1. Cold abdomen pack* for 3 times a day before 1/2 Hr of food for 15 min regularly.
2. Regular Jeera/cumin seeds warm water intake. (at least 2to3 lit of water/day).
3. Regular Yoga/Exercise if ur aware of
