Homemade gout treatment
I was diagnosed with gout now the pain has reduced currently on feburic 40 for 3 months.
I want to know what are homemade remedies/ways through which we can avoid gout?
Ban on chicken/meat/feat cant help me ...eventually i will carve for them
Please suggest
