hi yes ucan test upt if negative wait for 7 more days before you repeat the test. if still negative could be anovulation or functional cyst which has to be detected from scan medications given by gynaec to induce periods.

if your periods are regular and you have missed it you can do a test. If not wait for 7 days. Use an early morning urine sample - the first when you wake up. If the test is negative repeat it after two weeks if you still haven't had a period.
