Home hCG test negative but no periods.

My girlfriend(25), is currently experiencing a delay of 22 days in her menstrual cycle. Despite using both protection and emergency contraception (iPill), we've taken a home pregnancy test which yielded a negative result. However, the 22 days delay is causing us significant concern and stress. Unfortunately, due to her family's strictness, it's incredibly challenging for her to visit a clinic in person. While we acknowledge the importance of seeking medical advice in person, given the negative home test result, we're wondering if there's a supportive gynecologist who could provide consultation and possibly prescribe over the phone. I want to ensure her health and well-being without compromising her family's values and our current circumstances. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
