Hello, Besides being a NEET aspirant, I'm a singer . I have a singing exam in 4 days. I've not got my periods yet despite stopping dydrogest pills on 20th day of my cycle. It's been 5 days. I'm still not menstruating. My voice has become hoarse, lost agility, pitch and range. But I don't have cold or cough. I have a dry throat, cramps in lower abdomen , dry phelgm and hoarseness. This always happens before and during my periods but is normal once my periods end(5th day) But I need emergency help for my exam. Is there a way to either induce my periods within 30 hours? Today is 25th day of my cycle. My last period started on 19th April. My cycle is around of 24 days. Is there any way to normalise my voice by 17th of May?
